2. Can I make adjustments to my order after it has been placed?
Yes. If your order has not been processed/shipped please contact us immediately via email at shopversion2@gmail.com.

3. I emailed your customer service team. When should I expect a response?
Please, allow us 24-48 hours to receive a response. 

4. Do you offer refunds?
No, We do not offer refunds. However, you can make an exchange if you are having issues with your item. Please contact us immediately via email at shopversion2@gmail.com for assistance.

5. Do I need to setup an account to make an order? 
No, but by setting up an account, you become a Version 2 member and have access to order and shipping information. You will also be added to our email list for exclusive updates in the future.

6. What happens if my package is returned to sender?
Your package can be shipped back out to you upon receiving. However, you will be responsible for a reshipment fee before your package can be sent back out to you.

7. How can I find out about product restocks?
To always be informed, please subscribe to our list on the website for updates on our products and you will receive notification by email.

8. Do you you offer discounts? 
Yes, by signing up to make an account you will be automatically subscribed to our email list and begin receiving exclusive discounts.

9. How can I submit an inquiry regarding a custom order?

10. My outfit is too small/big, can I exchange it? 
Please contact us directly via email at shopversion2@gmail.com to verify we have the same item in stock in the exact size you need.

11. I need a custom item made before 2-3 weeks, what should I do?
Please contact us through email at shopversion2@gmail.com to see if we can rush your item. Be prepared to pay extra costs including shipping.

ALL Payments for any Version 2 items are through this website ONLY!!! We do not accept payments through Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, Western Union, Etc. or any other payment service. We are not at fault for any scams, fake pages, etc.
